Forget the DeLorean, Drummer’s sound will take you back two full decades and leave you asking: What the hell is an iPod and why won’t it play my Guns N’ Roses tape?

Drummer was initiated by the Black Keys’ drummer Patrick Carney. In total the band is made up of five members (Gregory Boyd, Steve Clements, Jon Finley and Jamie Stillman). There are zero gimmicks associated with this music. Why is that? This music is good enough that it will promote itself. I have only heard the six tracks made available via Myspace and the Audio Eagle Records‘ site and each one could hold its own as a single. The debut record: “Feel Good Together” is set to release on 9/29/09. LOOK OUT FOR THIS RELEASE and give Drummer a listen, you’ll feel better; I promise.
